Next Age Inc (our company) will set up security policy (this policy), process user’ personal information providing in website (this service):

Term 1 (personal information)

Personal information is defined in personal information security Law, is the individual information such as full name, date of birth, address, phone number, contact…that can identify individual detail by description and relevant information as appearance, fingerprint, voice data and health insurance from insurance company (personal identification)

Term 2 (personal information collecting method)

We can ask users about personal information as full name, date of birth, address, phone number, email, bank account, credit card number, drive license number… when registering.

Term 3 (personal information collecting and using purpose)

We collect and use personal information by these following purposes:
1. Provide and operate our service
2. Answer user’ questions (including identification)
3. Send instruction email about new features, update, campaign…of the service you are using or our company other service.
4. Contact you to maintain or have important inform…
5. Identify and refuse to use service to using terms infringers or intend to use service for illegal purposes.

Term 4 (changing using purpose)

2. Apart from these above regulations, information is possible to provide to the third party in case:
1.When our company confide totally or a part of personal information process in enable limit to get using purpose.
2.When personal information is provided by business plan, merging or other reason.
3.When personal information is shared with other identified person.

Term 6: (reveal personal information)

1. When user required to leak personal information, we will inform immediately. However, we will inform you in case we decide to not leak the information and it will be a charge for reveal information 1,000 JPY/time. We will not leak partly or totally in case:
1.When there is a danger to harm to user’ life, property, interests or the third one’
2.When there is a significant obstacle to our business activities.
3.We will obey the rule that will not reveal personal information and historical information as well.

Term 7 (edit and delete personal information)

1. We will edit, add or delete user’ personal information if it is inaccurate as our company rule (called edit).
2. If we are required by user and need to confirm that requirement, we will edit personal information immediately.
3. We will inform user’ as soon as we edit personal information.

Term 8: (suspend using personal information)

1.We will suspend or delete using personal information because it is processed over purpose limit or cheating. We will carry out an investigation if essential.
2.In case we need to meet the demand base on survey result above, we will pause using personal information immediately.
3.If there is any information about changing your personal information we will inform you as soon as possible.
4.Except these two terms above, if there is a huge charge or impossible to pause using, need to have an alternative method to protect user’ interests, these alternative method will be conducted.

Term 9 (change security policy)

1.These policies can be changed without informing user, except other regulation in policy
2.Except company apply other legal regulation, after changing, security policy will have validity since we public on this website.
